Comfortably eat, sleep and wander in this centrally located home. With many restaurants, cafes, and shops right at your doorstep, you will love stepping right into the action and happenings at UF! Short walk to campus and The Ben Hill Griffin Stadium to catch all the local football games. This clean 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home has a fully stocked kitchen and two gorgeous patios for guests to enjoy. There is a workspace for studying and two Smart tv's where guests can sign into their own services!

The space

This home is the perfect home base for those looking for a clean and quiet place near campus! With two queen beds, two TV's and a desk for those looking for a place to set up their work from home area! Our kitchen comes fully stocked with the basics and we have a washer and dryer open to guests to use. For those with larger groups - we also have a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for those with extra guests!

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire unit. We have one locked closet for our supplies. Guests will have access to one parking spot directly in front of the unit. Most parking around the complex is paid or requires a permit. There are paid parking options around Midtown and Downtown area as well.

Other things to note

- Please be mindful of noise and be respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and an immediate cancellation of your reservation with escort off of the property by law enforcement.
- We do offer early check-in and late check-out service to guests so long as we can accommodate with time and cleaners. For those looking for this service, please reach out via the booking platform. Please also be advised that there is a $50 fee associated with this service.
